Lifetime Structural & Manufacturer’s Warranty
Who is covered?
The Integrated OE Warranty is valid only to the original retail purchaser of a wheel purchased in Australia and when the wheel is returned to an authorised retailer, freight prepaid, together with proof of purchase.
What is covered & for how long?
Integrated OE. warrants to the original retail purchaser that wheels supplied by the manufacturer will be free from structural defects under normal and intended use for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product, for 60 months, from the original date of purchase. Integrated OE also warrants that its wheels will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use, including on the face only, all painted and clear coat finishes, for 12 months, from the original date of purchase.
Will my wheel be repaired or replaced?
Integrated OE. agrees to repair, or at Integrated OE’s option, replace without charge (excluding freight), any wheel that in Integrated OE’s opinion is defective in material or workmanship. Wheels that are deemed defective in material or workmanship will be repaired by shipping replacement parts to an authorised dealer for installation.
What is not covered?
This warranty shall not apply to:
1. Wheels that have been damaged in transit or off-road use or by abuse, misuse, accident or negligence.
2. Wheels that have been used in conjunction with a spacer or adapter of any kind or wheels that have been altered, repaired or modified or used on applications other than the wheel’s specified intended use.
3. Wheels that have not been installed in accordance with correct tyre size or used with excessive loads.
4. Wheels which have been subject to corrosion of the finish due to neglect, chemicals and/or adverse weather conditions.
5. Appearance defects in wheels that have been mounted after purchase, been damaged during tyre mounting or balancing or have been sold as “blemished” product.
6. Product for which the original invoice or sales receipt is not available for verification.
7. Product for which title has been transferred by the original retail purchaser.
Australian Consumer Law Notice
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Claim Inspection Procedure
Original end-users who suspect that a wheel may be faulty, must have a copy of their purchase invoice as Proof of Purchase and should contact a certified Integrated OE dealer for an initial warranty inspection.
Or alternatively, contact our Technical Services Manager at info@integratedoe.com.au or on 1300 655 870. Digital images of the claim good/s can be sent to this email address, by the end-user or dealer for direct assessment and improved response lead time.
If the goods appear to be a warrantable claim following an initial inspection by the dealer, or from digital images sent to the Technical Services Manager, then the goods should be sent to Integrated OE for a final inspection as per the Claim Return Procedure.
Integrated OE’s technical personnel shall be the sole arbiters in assessing warranty claims. No other representation will be binding on the Company.
Claim Return Procedure
A return authority must be requested and supplied prior to return, in order for the goods to be identified and tracked during and following, the return process. Return authority authorizations are issued by the company’s Technical Services Manager.
Only those goods carrying a return authority number will be accepted for receipt by Integrated OE. No claim for goods returned will be accepted, if at the request of Integrated OE, the purchaser cannot supply Proof of Delivery confirming receipt by Integrated OE.

Claims which do not qualify for Warranty after final inspection will be returned. In any event, forward and return freight shall always be at the owner’s expense in all Warranty situations, unless specific arrangements have been pre-approved by Integrated OE in writing.
To the extent permitted by law, no warranties other than those contained above are offered by Integrated OE in respect of its range of products.
Acceptance of the product by the original end-user at the point of sale, is acceptance that the product has been supplied in good order and condition prior to being driven upon.

Terms & Conditions of Sale
1. The Supplier will endeavour to allocate goods among purchasers in a fair and equitable manner. The Supplier may deliver goods in instalments.
2. The Supplier will not be liable in any way to the purchaser for any failure to supply goods or for any delay in the supply of goods. The Supplier may suspend delivery of goods or cancel sales if the purchaser is overdue in making of a payment or in the Supplier’s opinion is or may become insolvent.
3. The purchaser must obtain consent and a return number from the Supplier for the return of goods. Goods are to be returned at the purchaser’s cost unless wrongly supplied by the Supplier.
4. Title of goods sold on credit does not pass to the purchaser until payment is made in full.
5. The purchaser shall notify the Supplier in writing within seven (7) days of any change in its structure or management including any change of director, shareholder, partnership or trustee or of any disposal of any part of the customer’s business.
The Products
1. The Supplier disclaims all responsibility and/or liability whatsoever in relation to any product sold pursuant to these terms or otherwise which are:
a. damaged in any way after manufacture in transit or off road use
b. used in conjunction with a spacer or adapter of any kind
c. used on applications other than the wheel’s specified intended use
d. not installed in accordance with correct tyre size
e. used for any purpose which is in excess of the ratings marked on the Wheel
or specified by the Tyre and Rim Association of Australia or 4×4 Wheel Co Product Manual or used in contravention of any applicable statutory condition
f. altered, reprocessed or repaired in any way whatsoever
g. purchased by the customer second hand or blemished
h. subject to corrosion of the finish due to neglect, chemicals, and / or adverse weather conditions
i. defects that have been mounted after purchase, been damaged during tyre mounting or balancing
j. more than 60 months old (based on date of purchase)
Limitation of Liability
1. The Supplier shall not be liable for any claim, loss or expense howsoever arising which is made after seven days from the date of delivery (or at any time after the products have been unpacked, fixed or otherwise used or applied) at which time there shall be deemed to have been unqualified acceptance.
2. The Supplier shall not be liable in any way for any claim, loss or expense (including any contingent, consequential, special, direct, indirect and/or punitive damages) whether by reason of any negligence of the Supplier or otherwise unless relevant provisions of the Trade Practices Act apply, in which case any liability of the
Supplier shall not exceed the minimum limit permitted.
3. The Customer acknowledges these express limitations of liability and agrees to limit any claim accordingly.
Indemnity
If any Customer and/or any other person makes claim directly or indirectly against the Supplier in any way connected with these Terms and/or any of the products sold subject to these Terms, the Customer indemnifies the Supplier in every respect against any damage or loss suffered by the Supplier as a result.
